ObamaCare Stealth Strategy

The number of Americans receiving cancellation notices of their health care insurance has surpassed 4 million. Experts expect the number will increase each month despite President Obama’s promise that, “If you want to keep your insurance, you can….”

It has become clear that within six months after passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that the Department of Health and Human Services rewrote the law to almost guarantee that people would NOT be able to keep their health insurance plans. Why?

This is part of a grand design. The rewritten law forces insurance companies to cancel policies that undergo any change since 2010. The Congressional hearings have highlighted that the changes can be miniscule such as premiums increasing by $5.00.

The rewritten law forces people to seek new health insurance plans on the federal exchanges. It is a ploy to make sure that those who lose their health insurance coverage will go to the ACA exchanges and purchase new policies under ObamaCare.

Since ObamaCare remains very unpopular, the federal government doesn’t have to wait for people to voluntarily seek insurance on the exchanges. The participating insurance companies are assured by the rewritten law that they will get new customers as a reward for supporting ObamaCare. This equally applies to those big pharmaceutical companies that will provide the generic drugs for people insured under ObamaCare.

It is an underhanded, sneaky strategy designed to create socialized medicine. Every Democrat in Congress is responsible for allowing it to happen because they passed the law without reading it and defended it despite evidence that the ACA was seriously flawed. This is why in 2014 the voice of the American people must be heard in the elections and the Democrats be voted out of their Congressional seats.
