In a recent interview with Neil Cavuto, Congressman Dan Hoyer, Minority House Whip, blamed the Republicans with the problems plaguing the implementation of ObamaCare. Hoyer claimed that the Republicans had agreed to equally press for the implementation of ObamaCare. What a crock!
Republicans never entered into any agreement about implementing the obnoxious Affordable Care Act. The Democrats never consulted with or allowed Republicans any say in the law. It is a well-known fact that it was conceived and passed into law over the objections of the Republicans by a Democratic majority in Congress. So Hoyer’s claim is so bogus that it is a total lie.
Democrats are earning a reputation for blaming others for their own misdeeds. Rather than take responsibility for their actions, they try to deflect their stupidity by falsely blaming the Republicans.
It is stupidity because ObamaCare has so many regulations that no one individual understands it. It is the law that Democrats passed before reading it which is also stupid. Now their stupidity is morphing into gross negligence and is biting them back.
The exchanges are only so far behind schedule that they will not meet the law’s deadlines. Insurance premiums are rising despite Democrats’ claims that premiums would go down not up. Medicare will be losing billions in order to switch funds over to ObamaCare. The working poor cannot afford the new ObamaCare insurance nor pay the penalty. People will lose their employers insurance because ObamaCare is making health insurance too expensive to maintain for employees. You get the picture!
All of the above facts have been in the news. Hoyer is following the party line by denying the facts. His failure to be honest with the American people is insulting. He is sounding the clarion call for all Democrats to shift the blame for the Democratic Party’s debacle. In the process, he is demonstrating that he is a party hack who puts politics above the interest of the American people. Maryland voters deserve what they are getting with ObamaCare because they elected this man into office.
